Appointment Quick Tips

Parking at our office is free anywhere in the Pierpont Medical Plaza.


You are required to provide current ID and proof of insurance (or make self-pay arrangements) prior to being seen by the physician.


You do not need to have a full bladder for your ultrasound.


You may eat prior to your visit, even if you may have a procedure in the office that day.


You may bring your children or other family members to the visit. However, our rooms do not accommodate more than 4 adults including the patient.


We are not able to care for your children during your consultation with the doctor, so if your child is disruptive, it may compromise our ability to care for you.


You may bring cell phones to your visit. However, if the cell phone frequently interrupts your visit it may compromise our ability to care for you.


We will provide you with ultrasound pictures of your baby if possible. Personal video recording of the ultrasound or still photography is not permitted.


New patients should try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial visit.


New patients will need to fill out a Registration Form on arrival to their initial visit in our office.


Return patients should try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your return visits.


You should expect to spend about 90 minutes in our office for new visits, and 45 minutes in our office for return visits, depending on the services requested by your doctor.


Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may have to be rescheduled. Patients who are unable to keep their appointment need to notify the office at least 24 hours in advance or they may be charged a cancellation fee.


A copy of the Consultation Report and Ultrasound Report will be sent directly to your primary Obstetrician, usually within 24 hours of your visit.


All co-pays and outstanding balances need to be settled prior to being seen by the physician. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DISCOVER and personal checks with proper ID. If you should have financial concerns, please feel free to discuss payment arrangements prior to your visit.
